We are pleased to announce that Dr Gradwell is joining the team at the Learning Assessment and Neurocare Centre. Dr Rosemary Gradwell, Associate Specialist Paediatrician, has over 25 years experience working as a Community Paediatrician specialising in the assessment, diagnosis and management of a range of neurodevelopmental conditions, particularly Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and ADHD and children with complex needs and challenging behaviour.
Dr Gradwell has been responsible for setting up and helping to deliver multi-agency training to teachers, SENCos, childcare, health and social workers and has been teaching on ADHD and related conditions for many years. She is currently involved in the development of a tiered training programme on ADHD which is being piloted in the East Midlands. She has also been involved in developing clinical guidelines and care pathways for ASD and ADHD.
